OK, In power settings, I ended up using "never" on " put computer to
sleep when inactive" "put display to sleep when inactive" (On AC power)
and " put computer to sleep when inactive"(On Battery power). So far
that seems to have improved the situation (although far from a
satisfactory solution, as
