appmenu 0.3.2 + xfce4-indicator-plugin 0.4.0 on gentoo. The change in
043_ubuntu_menu_proxy.patch from 3.3.6-0ubuntu2 to 3.3.6-0ubuntu3 makes
the local menubar to be always visible, although the global menubar
works as well.

If I do a test from Gimp it appears the colors are correctly
represented, if i use OOo and import a picture, colors are skewed. Is
this a PDF to PS issue? I really don't know much about cups+gutenprint
since it has always worked with x86. This is with the armel
architecture.

I agree.
As a Korean I find these fonts to be absolutely hideous and illegible.
Think MS Comic San Serif in English, but about a 100 times worse. It
should be an optional standalone package.
I can't seem to remove them without taking down some vital Korean
support packages.

that I've found to work is nolapic. To me this bug does not appear to be
a duplicate since the solutions offered do not work. This is with kernel
2.6.17-11.

The released version of Edgy 6.10 still has the same problem with the
Kernel Panic. I've found a workaround for my motherboard/BIOS
combination by passing the: nolapic parameter to the boot string. This
allows the LiveCD to boot. Hopefully this info will help people.

I can let it sit longer...although my numlock key doesn't change the
status on my keyboard (which normally means my machine is locked up),
also ctrl+alt+del doesn't reboot.
I'm not by the machine right now, but I will verify a few things later
today. My CD drive is fast, I was able to boot with Da

It does not display an error it locks up right after the splash screen is
