Public bug reported:
Good afternoon, I tried to install xubuntu karmic thru alternate cd, but
after base system is installed, it doesn't show the option for
installing xubuntu-desktop.
I had to open a terminal, do an apt-get update and then apt-get install
xubuntu-desktop.
I did this same procedure for ubuntu karmic alternate cd, and the
ubuntu-desktop, is shown in the installation options.
I hope this is the right place to report this situation.
