I am using Ubuntu 8.04
Network-manager is version o.6.6-0ubuntu5
I was trying to connect to my (unsecured) network, but instead of connecting,
it just showed that it connected, and after about 30 seconds, and then returned
to the comput
I have exactly the same issue as kjbull!

I have a HP dc7100 with belkin F5D7001 network card. I also use Feisty
Ubuntu (+ Windows XP also installed), and I don't even get the choice to
use WPA.
