the random data needed for creating the key but without further
information I wont be able to work on this issue. Did you create a plain
RSA key or a X509 certificate?

Well the only thing to be sure about the issue would be to check if the
behaviour also occurs with for example strongswan or racoon as well - it
is possible that openswan may have problems when rekeying under heavy
traffic but without further testing this cannot be verified.
