[Bug 294033] [NEW] no more than two workspaces on Dual Monitor

Public bug reported: I use the latest Ubuntu 8.10 but the bug was also present in Ubuntu 8.04. Hardware: Asus Z83SV series laptop. Video card Nvidia 8600GS 256Mb. CPU Intel Centrino Dual Core. The proprietary drivers is in use. Everithing is OK. Full compiz effects etc. Using nvidia-settings I ch
