Tried 4.15.0-20 - still no sign of life. Also, wifi and controls for

booted into new grub entry. Double-checked `uname -sr` - it printed

In Software Center I found only one wimax driver "madwimax 160-0ubuntu1" which
is already installed (based on Samsung CMC-730 chip). I can only uninstall it.
But if I will uninstall it I can not install it from Software Center because I
have only Wimax internet.

working as well.

and not in xserver-xorg-video-intel package. Please change the package

I think the other bug, bug #706900, should be marked as duplicate of
this bug, if at all.
bug #706900 says that the fix is simple – install ruby. But in case of
this bug, this is not the case, since ruby does
I just checked syslog and found possibly interesting information there.

By the way, I have tried the instructions supplied here:

and it failed at the step 11. Those modules were already loaded before I
started the process. So the error was as described above at #9
The step 12 also failed:
aplay -D btheadset -f s16_l
I think I have the same issue, though I am not sure...
Both Blueman-applet and kde's bluedevil successfully pair the headset
and the computer. They both initially connect (it is more difficult to
do that the second any next time, untill you reboot). And ONCE I did get
the bluetooth headset working

Sorry, my (and MS) mistake. Just a week ago I've changed SATA mode from
IDE to AHCI to be able to use eSATA HDD. Changing it back solved this
win boot problem.

Well, LILO was fine, grub was usable and grub2 just makes me nervous...

I would vote for Rimas' suggestion b) – not to import Lithuanian KDE
translations to Launchpad at all.
It is also consistent with the Kubuntu developers' position on the
temporary suspension of the usage of Launchpad:
