Binary package hint: xorg
I upgraded to 2.6.35-23 this week, and when trying to boot into this
kernel I get a flashing black screen for a few seconds, then dropped to
a text login. I can still use (and have been using) the 2.6.35-22 fine,
thankfully.
I'm attaching the Xorg.0
With fglrx, I can consistently reproduce this by checking the "Include
the window border" box after selecting "Grab the current window".
If the window border checkbox is not ticked, the screenshot is taken
successfully.

Personally, I'd consider the current behavior of not respecting a user's

A reproducable hang for me (with adblock plus installed) is to visit
pingtest.net
This happens even if adblock is turned off (via it's menu - the add-on still
enabled).
Disabling the add-on stops firefox hanging.
$ apt-cache policy adblock-plus
adblock-plus:
Installed: (none)
Candidate: 1.1.
My personally reproducable case: visiting pingtest.net hangs firefox up
every time.
Turning off java fixes it (although the site isn't then usable)
I tried visiting a simple java app: http://yamaza.com/java/calc.html and
that temporarily hangs - a few more seconds after the "compiz fade to
grey",
I found that my fix doesn't actually fix the problem correctly (if there
are multiple docstrings, everything in between gets highlighted).
I don't think there *is* a way of doing this correctly with the way that
nano syntax highlighting works.
