Looking at the design of User Accounts and Networks for comparison, the
"Add" feature of Online Accounts actually behaves quite differently.
Selecting add account changes the content in the right hand side column,
whereas "add" elsewhere actually launches a popover. For now I think we
leave this as
Actually, there is a further spinner typically, in the space that is
rendered by the online account, e.g. facebook. I don't believe we need
two spinners at all.
