Luarocks seems to work well with Lua 5.4, at least in Noble, so is there
any particular reason why it still doesn't allow for 5.4 as a
dependency? I'd love to be able to clean out the parts of 5.3 that
aren't required by anything else.

After more testing, this seems to be a resolver issue in sendmail, since
I can specify an IPv6 address directly as a smart host and it works. If
it's a config problem, I don't know what that might be, and it doesn't
explain the existing install no longer trying to use IPv6 after
upgrading to Focal.
Can confirm that the xtables-addons 3.8-2ubuntu0.2 modules now compile
and install cleanly on Focal (5.4.0-62, amd64). No problem loading the
patched modules, either.

I had the same problem with linux-image-3.8.0-1--generic.
I solved it with
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
but this is not a solution to the bug itself

I have managed to upgrade by folowing this advice:
sudo apt-get install -f

in the start_screen function in call.c. I expanded the string buffer
and string format to accomodate a 9-character call+SSID combination,

Strangely enough, Last.fm player recognizes the hardware and will play directly
to it (I hear music out of the speakers).
Also when I plug in my logitech usb speakers they also work (show up in the
