Public bug reported: Tried to upgrade Ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10 with CD, and at the end of installation...screen went blank (except for pointer) and did nothing else. Before the screen went blank, I received an error message that said to run 'ubuntu-bug ubiquity' in Terminal.
