Instead of appearing in their correct order, in the menubar plasmoid the
File Settings and Help menus appear first, i.e. the Settings and Help
menus appear before the Edit, View, etc menus.
This appears to be cause by the former three menus being created
earlier, in code comm
Is there someway to make this bug Release-Critical. I don't think
release Kubuntu 8.10 can be released in less than month unless this is
fixed.
