NVM, it's working apparently in unity 2d, I don't know what I did to fix
it. Haven't tried in unity 3d though.

unity 2d, but now in 12.04 it won't even work in unity 2d anymore.

I opened the makefile with gedit and I used the replace tool to replace
every use of "$(shell uname -r)" with "$(KVER)" and I added the line
"KVER ?= $(shell uname -r)" up top after the the line "CHIPSET = 3562"

I just upgraded to dkms 2.2.0.3-1 which is the version used in precise
and I still have the problem. The module compiles successfully but it's
using the wrong headers. so naturally when I try to load it with
modprobe i get the following error

When I first experienced the bug I was in 11.04. Now I did clean install
of ubuntu 11.10 and I'm still experiencing the bug but it doesn't happen
with all of my files. I've had 11.04 installed since the day of it's

percent and then looked at the file size, it was about 200 Mb, if you
