Hi Gloria, Thanks for filing the bug but you see, Document Viewer cannot read RTF files as it is not supported by it. To read RTF files you can use LibreOffice, which is present by default on Ubuntu Oneiric but if you don't have it you can install it from the Software Center. Hope this solves
