run commands as root. On the other hand, libparted was a library.
partman might have worked if somebody wrote a backend for it but sfdisk

Same problem on Xubuntu 12.10 setup with ZTE MF112 3G modem as the only
means of communication. Really painful, because I have to manually

I had exactly same problem on ubuntu 12.10 and flickrfs installed from
official repositories. I have solved this issue inserting
"time.sleep(0.7)" after line #358 in
"/usr/share/pyshared/flickrfs/flickrfs.py" file. I don't know what
exactly causes this issue, but it depends on how quickly threads a
ubiquity-slideshow seems to crash only on old hardware (AMD CPUs without
SSE2 instructions support).

However, there are devices with more complicated numbering scheme,
e.g. memory cards may have /dev/mmcblk0p1.
It seems that the easiest way to handle this is to use partition

Devices are numbered /dev/mmcblk0 but partitions are numbered /dev/mmcblk0p1.
Partitionmanager fails to add 'p' before partition number.

Also wanted to add that you can disable keyboard shortcut after you
remap it and it will not bother anymore. Not sure through if it's the
fault of keys chosen for shortcut or some bug that shows this as
disabled even though it's enabled.

I've changed the order of plural forms in Lithuanian language in KDE.
This makes Lithuanian language much less affected by this bug. New .po
files will be released with KDE 4.8, so hopefully Lithuanian translation
will be in a better state in 12.04 LTS.

Debian import freeze is on December 29th, so Debian should package it before
mid-December in order for it to be automatically synced.
12.04 LTS feature freeze is on February 16th. (Developers can manually sync
from Debian till this day).
