It's just that the IDLE function doesn't work properly - either in the
applet or on my IMAP server. Simple!

I'm using the current Ubuntu version, 0.16.1.
I've refined the nature of the problem:
1) It only happens when you are working on a "site" (in the program's
terminology), not with individual random files.
2) It only happens on the second save of the session onwards.
