So, that's all kde applicatons or applications which icon can show any status
information. Can attach screenshot (if it can help somehow and if someone can
explain me how to do it here) or resend
Confirm this.
How to reproduce:
1. Open dolphin.
1. Start gimp.
2. Create some file in the directory, which is open in dolphin.
4. Watch dolphin`s window — nothing happens!
5. Press F5 and watch created file at dolphin`s window.

That`s not only Ubuntu`s bug. I use Fedora, so, I`ve noticed this bug in
Fedora10. It has came with some of last updates of x11-libs. And this
bug is still presented in Fedora12. May be this info will help you to
find out the buggy version of libs/data. Or to developers of a buggy
package.
