Confirming. Affected icons of: Golden dict, claws-mail, KDE Connect, Pidgin, Pasystray, EasyStroke. So, that's all kde applicatons or applications which icon can show any status information. Can attach screenshot (if it can help somehow and if someone can explain me how to do it here) or resend it somethere or try to gather some information to debug. Fedora 30, xmonad, nvidia composition pipeline (without transparenty), xfce4-panel version 4.14.1.
