A previous fix for an older kernel was committed for bug #151969 in
linux-source-2.6.22. Similar behavior is happening on this machine and a
kernel update has not fixed it. Please let me know what logs you need to

I think you may have nailed the problem exactly. I turn on the "save
after x turns" feature because I am paranoid. Perhaps the crashing
wasn't as random as I thought, but was occurring after I had played a
