I can confirm, that the error is no more active with Ubuntu Hardy and the
VMWare Player directly downloaded from VMWare (and not installed from Ubuntu

This problem happens only if I want to create a DEB package from a KDE
application, where I have to call "unsermake install" or "checkinstall
unsermake install" to install the KDE program.

This turns out to be more a bug in pbuilder:
The _original_ /etc/pbuilderrc which is generated by
apt-get install pbuilder
contains:
MIRRORSITE=http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian
so that my previous tries had no chance to go right.

I installed prevu_0.4.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb on breezy and installed the pbuilder
by apt-get install.
