Just saw this happen on a Xubuntu 24.10 live run - two exactly equal
network icons were showing up.
It only happened once so far. My other Xubuntu 24.10 live runs worked
correctly, so I have no idea how to replicate.

installation and it expects to have access to that file
('/opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg'), even if empty.
