After reviewing the 6.8.0-53.55 proposed (main) kernel for Noble which
came out 10 hours ago, there are already present "drm/amd/display:
Validate backlight caps are sane" and "drm/amd/display: Allow backlight
to go below `AMDGPU_DM_DEFAULT_MIN_BACKLIGHT`" in its changelog. It will
be in 6.8 next update right? How long it usually takes from proposed to
release the kernel?
