The root cause of this bug is that the on-wire representation changed
between the git snapshot 19.2.0~git20240301.4c76c50-0ubuntu6 and the
squid release 19.2.0-0ubuntu0.24.04.1, so the cluster couldn't be
upgraded without downtime. We don't have upgrade tests from the snapshot
to the squid release,

Have had these slowing down my system after updating to 24.04.1LTS when saving
or moving files while in Nautilus or a browser. Slowdown sometimes 10s.

As of today, I can say that deactivating TPM in the BIOS has permanently
solved the problems with suspend and resume for me. In the meantime, I

I had this issue too on 22.04.
Started after an update where an error occurred "The Pakagekit daemon has
crashed".
After that I tried "sudo dpkg --configure -a" but that failed too at the
PackageKit update.
Like described in the report above.
