Chris! As you see in point 8 it affets multiple apps- basic users are
not able to use latest updates who have made upgrade that disabled
updates for apps.

Upgrading to 24.04 made chrome become usafe to use- no updates
comming. Upgrade removed apps. Needed to reinstall them. Chrome still
not updating
