Today the screen resolution jumped - on its own while working - to some small
number, while still claiming to be the usual 1920X1080.
This makes the screen unusable.
Also there is a very slow video reponse.

nope is obviosly a problem of the nvidia xserver app... i switced to the
suggested driver (535) and it works perfectly with all kernel. the 545
version works , for me, with kernel 6.5 but not with 6.8. anyway the system
always suggest the 535 version wich works with both kernel.

The problem came to me a week ago with the latest kernel update. If I
try an older kernel it is still ok!
if 'tracker3 reset -s ' works I cannot confirm, I simply had to end this task
to work again. So...if I am using the most recent kernel, the problem still
persists and takes 80% of my 4 i7 cp
