Ignore the "notfixing" part then. A solution is already released and a

Title:
Restarting gnome-shell
Public bug reported:
My 4th gen ThinkPad X1 Yoga is unusable as a tablet because it won't
deactivate the keyboard and trackpad when I flip it to tablet mode.
It's also the same when I try it on Kubuntu 20.04.
Operating System: Kubuntu 19.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.
Sure. But if this is controllable from a configuration file, then it
might be possible to come up with a temporary work around until the
server you want to connect to is upgraded. With any luck, the
configuration can be changed in such a way that only Mumble is affected.

That's fixed in gjs 1.63.91
** Description changed:
Upstream fixes required to make all the overview/window/icon animations
much smoother (at least halving render times):
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gjs/merge_requests/390
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/merge_requests
I forgot to mention: Please also:
sudo rm /var/crash/*
as those old files may prevent recurrences from being reported.
