Anyway, this won't happen, because simply packages are not updated to new
releases in stable releases (apart from few exceptions).
Also, this bug is not really actionable, as "program is unstable" is not much

Hello Jason, or anyone else affected,
Accepted initramfs-tools into trusty-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/initramfs-
tools/0.103ubuntu4.6 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new package
When looking at libuninameslist, you need to think of these like you
would think of paperback books. Once these libraries are published, they
will not be updated.

I believe all other GNOME distros include or will include Flatpak 0.8 in the
default install.
Once Flatpak 0.8 is available, it would be nice if Ubuntu GNOME users
could benefit it from it without having to install extra packages.

This is needed for users to manage GNOME Shell extensions after Firefox 52 is
released in March. For more information, see https://launchpad.net/bugs/1652537
Since Firefox 52 will be provided to all supported Ubuntu releases, this
change is needed for Ubuntu 14
This is now occurring for me with latest as of this post, as of
shuffling around the drives in my system, including the addition of
another drive. I may need to delete the zfs cache, if that's possible.
