I've just downloaded latest upstream linux kernel version 4.9.0-040900rc1 for
bug testing, and found out I just cannot neither reboot nor shutdown most
probably due to a ACPI error as it shows up at booting.

This issues was before upgrade to current Ubuntu version. There were no kernel
that work properly with this stuff.
I've installed kernel 4.9.0-040900rc1-generic. And miracle happen. Brightness
hotkeys works and do brightness change. acpi_listen shows "button/lid LID
close" and "button/lid LID op
