One can interactively install with vlan_id without changing any boot
params.

1) During installation, exit to the main menu with '<'
2) Choose to change debconf priority to medium
3) Go back and continue installation

Doing that at the very begging of installation (e.g. before activating
any qeth devices).

The vlan_id is a medium priority question. Raising the priority of this
question to high, is a double-edged sword, as it will break existing
automated preseeding requiring one more question to be answered...

** Package changed: debian-installer (Ubuntu) => netcfg (Ubuntu)
