I have run an update and upgrade this morning and tried again. The
evolution address book no longer segfaults and works as it should. I
will test over the next couple of days. If needed i can downgrade the
evolution to get the backtrace but as it is fixed now with the new
version being 2.

The invalid bug task is reported against authbind, not wine. authbind
can't be rewritten another way and doesn't suffer from any sort of
behavior that isn't consistent with its fundamental, documented design
and operation. Wine simply is not compatible with LD_

After upgrading to 8.10 (?) my USB mouse did not move smoothly anymore
-- unusable. In 9.04 (?) it worked sometimes, so I had to reboot several
times to have normal mouse movements.

The issue is not just the recurring "ratelimit.c" messages in the logs.
The "jittery" sound, or skipping/stuttering, renders the system unusable
for multimedia & voice comm. It is not clear whether the log messages
are related to the sound problem, but they do seem to occur together.

I too have the same problem..
Icon is present on the tray and crashes or disappears when I left click.
Right click causes no problem...

I can't get my laptop to suspend or hibernate while autofs is active
(I've tried with only nfs connections or only sshfs connections).
