Inkscape and Atril both have the same print dialog. It looks like the
attached screenshot. Notice "Scale" is set to 101.5%. This is the only
way I can get either of them to print at the correct size.
LibreOffice has a different print dialog with no scaling options at all,
hence why I had to print

Digging a bit more on that, the problem might be the font build system.
The most recent fonts-dejavu-extra package is shared across Jammy,
Kinetic and Lunar and it appears to be broken on all of them.
Rebuilding the package on Kinetic seems to be enough to fix the problem.

I solved my issue by coping the source.list of another computer of mine.

I've been using Ubuntu since Warty or Breezy, and I have had very few
incidents of an update breaking the system. I think an update in Hardy
broke the X server once. Getting to the point - this phased update
system had me thinking something had gone horribly wrong with apt and
the package database.

linked with libunwind instead of catching an exception, the program
crashes. This was first seen on mcrouter, but attached is a small
