I got the same bug. I tried to report a bug with ubuntu-bug linux-
image-6.8.0-51-generic. After collecting the relevant information, it
got to "Uploading problem information" and reached the oddly specific
99.99070194034717% progress amount, then crashed with the following
error. It is reproducibl
y and installing the updated `debootstrap` package available
there fixed my issue:

1. I boot my PC with LAN cable connected. Lan works, but I only see "Enable
networking" when I open the network manager options in the top right corner of
the screen. I guess, the "Enable Wireless" option is disabled deliberately,

I'd expect, to see the option "dis/enable wifi" at least when I disconnect from
LAN, (if not regardless on LAN connection).

I am using systemd rather than upstart, but the bug is the same: cron
depends on remote-fs.target, autofs depends on remote-fs.target, so they
start together. The result is that the job is run with the working
directory set to /var/spool/cron.
What cron should be waiting for is home directories be
the fault is replaced by SO_PEERGROUPS.
This makes it immune to nss disappearing under its feet, though it is a slight
change in behaviour. When applying a policy, it will be the user's current
groups that count, rather than the groups they would get if they logged in now.

Oh, I just found the file. It has a different name than suggested in the
changelog:
/usr/lib/sysctl.d/protect-links.conf
And silly me didn't of just checking what sysctl returns for those values set
in there. It's all good:

For some reason, killing the bluetoothd process just worked today unlike
previous attempts in the past days. The problem of the headset loosing
connection during a meeting, blocking the bluetooth process and settings
interface, still occurs requiring a restart of the bluetooth service and
the heads
