This happens to me around once per week. The first line I found in
syslog is:

I'm admin, yes. `groups` gives me: facundo adm cdrom sudo dip plugdev
lpadmin lxd sambashare
I did not try to activate any specific connection: it's just NM trying
to connect to one of its saved WiFis when starting the session.
I don't have gnome to try it.

Data point: after several attempts in error, it ended up connecting to
WiFi... maybe the other connection in the other session did some kind of
timeout?

Yes, partner-id would be enough for all the situations that we need now
(in the future this may change, of course, but let's keep it simple: if
"partner-id" only will be fast, let's do that soon and we'll handle the
future when it arrives).

Right now the Music scope uses the categories id from Grooveshark as
part of the mechanism to aggregate results.
But the categories id of remote scopes are only consistent between the
categories and corresponding results. So it should stop relying on those
ids.
