I have reproduced this bug in Bionic and it seemed to me that it's only
reproducible if there is a second keyboard layout, in my case English
(US).
Potential workarounds:
- Disable second layout completely and only leave English (Australian) Colemak.
- Use English (US) Colemak with English (US).

A few questions regarding the test plan:
