Title: html notifications show as plain text Status in libnotify package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I noticed since the upgrade to 24.04 that html notifications aren't formatted and show as plain text (e.g "<i> my text </i>" instead of formatting in italic. This has been noticed by others: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1517868/notification-show-up-as-html- on-ubuntu-24-04-lts I have also been able to reproduce is sending html formatted text using notify-send from the terminal.
