Yes the Ubuntu php build is configure with tzdata as follow :
debian/rules: --with-system-tzdata
and tzdata is a Depends: for a quit some derived binary package of php.
(The above is observation from bionic php7.1 source pkg)

When I use the Unity session I automatically get logged out ot I get a
crash of unity under this condition:
When I hover with my mouse over the sidebar
I can use the top bar without problems instead. I upgraded to latest packages

Mono audio with the Sony 1000XM2 bluetooth headphones is
the problem deals with the PRINTER DRIVER. SO I report the same bug
affecting Kubuntu 17.04 and Brother MFC-L2700DW series with driverless
cups filter 1.13. The problem is that the driver is not good.

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1539209, so is being marked as such.
Any update on this issue? I do not feel comfortable removing dbus-user-
session as a workaround, and I have simply added --password-store=basic
as an argument for Chromium/Chrome for now. However that is not
completely suitable even though I only use Chromium/Chrome as a
secondary browser, and I am
