I'm not seeing ANY LVM volumes active on system boot.
(I'm not putting any of the necessary boot paths on LVM).
After booting the system, the volume is visible but not active.

Have this bug on fresh install on Lenovo x230t, Intel 6205 card. Have to
restart nm-applet after every suspend. It seems that restart of network-
manager service produces same bug to applet. I mean doing "sudo service
network-manager restart" brokes nm-applet, so I need to restart it

I can confirm that both files you just attached are valid JPG pictures,
you can try renaming them with a jpg extension and opening them with any
image viewer.
So the issue really was the missing filename hint, nothing more.

Ok, I suspect I have found the issue. Seems this hardware only supports
OpenGL 1.4 compatibility profile. Qt's EGL code is asking for at least
version 2.0, and so getting no valid context back.
Could you please install "mesa-utils" package and run "glxinfo". On the
hardware I have access to, I see

in the logs (or when running in test mode). This only happens when
trying to run under Mir. Meaning I can delete 51-unity8-greeter.conf and
lightdm starts just fine. The error happens before usc/mir are able to

I just successfully downloaded the first 8 PDF files listed on the first
results page from a google search on "example pdf".
That’s on my M10 running on the latest rc-proposed image. I wonder whether that
crash exists only in the stable OTA release, and has been fixed since then?
