I'm looking at running an exit. I was looking at the Good/Bad ISP wiki list (trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/GoodBadISPs). I want something that's known to be exit-friendly, with unlimited data transfer and is relatively cheap. The ISP list doesn't have many ISPs that meet these criteria
