Sure I do this and use 2525 for users whose isp blocks port 25. Look in your /service directory and see how /service/qmail-smtpd is setup. All I did was make a /service/qmail-smtpd2525 directory and copy everything from /service/qmail-smtpd over to it. Then you just need to modify the run file,

Your situation is as similar what I face. The quota usage will be displayed correctly if you append "S" to the first line of your maildirsize like "131072000S".
