Sure I do this and use 2525 for users whose isp blocks port 25.
Look in your /service directory and see how /service/qmail-smtpd is setup. All
I did was make a /service/qmail-smtpd2525 directory and copy everything from
/service/qmail-smtpd over to it. Then you just need to modify the run file,
changing the "smtp" word in there to 2525 or whatever port you want to
use.
