I've thought about modifying vdelivermail to handle just this case.
For catchall, it would insert two Delivered-To headers. The first,
for the actual address, the second (actually above it in the headers)
for the catchall mailbox.
It's a good solution :-)

Not that I'm aware of. You might try hacking vdelivermail to see if it
can accomplish what you want.
