I've thought about modifying vdelivermail to handle just this case. For catchall, it would insert two Delivered-To headers. The first, for the actual address, the second (actually above it in the headers) for the catchall mailbox.
It's a good solution :-)
Can you confirm that you're running vpopmail 5.4.11 or later, so I can be sure that this wasn't already addressed when I rewrote significant parts of vdelivermail?
