After discussion with Paul (AD) and IANA folks, we agreed it would be "cleaner"
for this draft that updates the TLS registries to also be on the standards
track.
The other major change is that I worked with IANA to clarify the considerations
section so that there are no ambiguities for anyone.
Last year for the interim Chris Wood asked if we could share our views on
the trust tussle. After consulting with the relevant engineers, we shared
the following four points.
