This is my first post so hi - hope you can help.
I've just installed RedHat 6.1 (bog standard Gnome workstation install) on a
Dell PIII 500MHz with 64MB dual boot with W98. The problem is that I keep
getting these segmentaion memory problems. Out of the few apps I've used so

Hey all
Hope somebody can help - I'm having a complete nightmare trying to upgrade
to the above over a standard RH6.1 install (completely fresh - I thought I'd
start over...) on a PIII 500MHz, 64MB, RIVA 32MB TNT2 dual boot w W98.
The RH6.1 goes fine - everything working as you'd expect. I th
Right on both counts! I was doing the install thru gnorpm and was messing
it up royally, the dot files bit was needed too.
But now it works! Hurrah, and I'm impressed - like the voice - very Star
Trek.
