I have a running NT server in my LAN. I installed
redhat 6.2 in a new machine and got that configured in
LAN (eth0)
Nt server has a dialup modem thro which LAN gets
connected to the new thro NT proxy server. I could not
the net on the linux. so every time to access net, i
am reboo

Yes I'm trying to set up ipmasquerading so all the machines in my house
can see the net. I have a hub and two linksys network cards on the RedHat
box. At this point I can't even see the net from the RedHat box/soon to
be gateway.
Any ideas are appreciated.
How can I check if the portfw stuff was compiled
into the kernel I am running?

On the advice of a friend (*cough* you know who you
are) and the idea that I like to try new things (and was insanely bored), I
decided to try this.
Previously I had my network router (Debian 2.2
w/ stock kernel, ipchains masqing for several computers) and I also ran www,

One of the biggest reasons I stick with debian is it's social contract.. watching
companies like Redhat charge for thier autoupdates, SUSE not making an installable iso
