I nearly didn't reply - but given what Adam just said ... I'll back him up! We've used a multi-function b/w laser Brother for a long-long time now, and trust me when I say it's taken a beating! (Duplex and all...) So impressed we are - we're looking to back it up with a bigger/more capable (

I'll chime in here as well, I've got an ancient MFC-8860DN laser printer at home and it's got to be 8-10 years old and it's given flawless service. I've replaced toner a few times, maybe once for the drum. Cost around $400 when I got it, and when it jams it's easy to fix and keep moving. John _
