if you'll recall when there were issues in the past nuance did come out I
remember a a few times where they asked for help in tracking down a problem
just be patient.

If you recall, Nuance has never posted release times. This is also true for
most other platforms including Android, IOS etc... They have all never
posted a date when something is going to be out unless it is within a few
days/weeks. Outside of that, you never seen something months ahead of time
agreed! all this pessimism is not going to help!
hopefully, there will be an update when current issues have been sorted, and
it is worth bringing one out.
such as I believe some access issues with bell FP2 firmware for example.

Talks is behind, really, how do you work that out…? Talks feature set is still
very feature rich and comparatively very good.
If you mean the phones themselves, then I would agree that the handsets are
notably better else where, but, this is not a reflection that Voice Over or
TalkBack
No, a company like Nuance does not go under without a huge media storm. Nuance
are not reliant on Talks, in fact its likely a tiny fraction of their over all
turn over.
