In a basic since it is supported by Talks. It has issues with the latest

Hi All
I don't know if there is anyone with an N8 on list. The problem is the phone
won't stay on. Have tried to back it up using Nokia PC Suite but after a few
seconds an error message comes up about the USB saying that it is not a
recognised USB but it is the one supplied with the phone.

There are 3 different back-ups for the N8 that I can see using PCSuite but
these will not back-up on to the phone as what is happening is that the phone
is freezing.

Did you make sure that the phone is in PC Suite mode? What the PC Suite is
complaining about is the phone connection and not the cable. So you need to
make sure that the phone is in PC Suite mode.

OK but I am not sure how to go to PC suite mode on the N8 phone.
