I do not have the answer to that one then as I am currently not using my C5 for e-mail but I know previous advice on this list where an issue has not been resolved is to have a word with your Talks dealer, even if you jpurchased on-line. As for the labelling, you still have not said what your

Hi. The firmware update from this summer 2011 on Nokia C5 does make the e-mail client unaccessible with the newest version of Talks. I don't know any methode to remove this, and get the previous back, so untill a new version of Talks is available, i don't think that there is anything to do.
