hi Noni, nokia has make changes to some latest phones on the email department therefore at this moment, we talks user will not be able to click links on email and also not able to download attachments. this happen to some 3rd edition phone and to all ^3/anna phones. when you open an email, you have to press talks+downarrow to have talks start reading the email, at this time the email has been convert to a text only format and all links, images and attachments has strip off from the original email.
